Job Details:
Organize and archive scanned documents from our legacy platform, ensuring consistent file naming and proper storage.
Review tenant records to verify that each active rental unit has a corresponding signed lease agreement on file.
Monitor internal systems for alerts triggered by after-hours access to restricted areas.
Review incidents and escalate or document unusual activity as needed.
Use downtime between alerts to continue with administrative or audit-related tasks.
